Last year in my Creative Writing class we went through this unit type thing where we read a whole bunch of short stories and one of the one we read was The Black Cat by Edgar Allen Poe. Thought his short storty may not necessarily be my favorite, it has defintely stuck with me because of it's twisted story line, and immaculate language. The story is pretty much this man recounting the details as to why he murdered his wife and how it happened, and it is very twisted. Well I guess you should just find out for yourselves:
