What You Make Me Out To Be

Hypocrite, I hate your cruel manipulation.

Your double standards just keep dragging me down.

Your pain, your suffering;
It's all thrust upon me.
In extreme, heavy and unbearable doses.

You lead when you are not meant to lead.
You speak before you are spoken too, and you
Expect without being expected.

I hate you.

You try to heal, when you only hurt;
You try to darken me,
With your untamed words.

Twisting, turning.
Writhing, burning...

You speak my mind,
When you don't know the pattern.

You try to write the poems,
When you don't know the verse.

Write the description of my death sentence;
Bang the gavel against the grain.
Condemn me to your hell,
Condemn me to your reign.
Condemn me to your envy, your rage...

You say you know me so well,
So say my final words, with your final breath,
You know them just as well.

Well... don't you?
Don't you know them?

You push me to the ground;
And tell me my life story.

You write my future with your bloodied- pen, go ahead;
I'll only writhe when the expectation start to dig in.

Because in the end... We all know who wins, love;
We all know who will seizes the day.

Now look me in the eye.

Burn in your regret, die in your envy;
And answer me this:

Why do you never let me speak?

My lips will move,
But you never listen.

So when will you finally hear them?
Each little syllable?
Each word, sound and vowel...?

Will you ever choose to hear, or will you forever remain abstinant?

Will you ever hear the music, or will you remain deaf in your ignorance?

You will fall you know, if you keep it up.

Your ruthlessness does not fool anyone, love.

You're despicable though, ya know?

With your ropes and chains bound to your victim's throats;
Asphyxiating them with every stroke.

Trying to destroy the relentless tones;
But not everyone agrees and condones,
With the dimming and dulling tones of rebellious notes.

Despicable. Don't ya know?

But love you'll, never win, especially not over me;
Cowardice never prevails, and that you will see.

And in your chains I was broken,
And in your chains I now stand.

Because the Lord hath lent me his guidance;
The lord lent me his helping hand.

He saved me from this hell;
He saved me from these shadows.

He saved me from being lead, when I am meant to lead.

He made me realize that... I am more, than what you make me out to be.
